Verifying your Account

Instructions
NB: This is part of the critical path, but other steps can be performed in parallel while you wait for your account to be verified after completing this section.
Once your account has been created, login with your username and password. Click on “Profile” in the top right hand corner.
Scroll down to “Settings” and click on “CHANGE SETTINGS”.
Scroll down and click on “Verification”.
From here, follow the prompts requesting for uploads of your identity document and a selfie. We suggest using your passport here, although Luno also accepts these documents as proof of identity.
Once done, Luno will variably take a few days to verify your account after which they will send an email to you confirming that your account has been verified to level 2.
Once your account has been verified to level 2, please head back into the verification zone under your profile and continue with verification to level 3. This will require an upload of your proof of residence.

Luno will again take a few days to verify your account and will correspond via email to confirm when you’re level 3 verified. This is the highest level of verification, and you will need to reach this level to be able to perform arbitrage.
