There’s always something that can go wrong, especially when dealing with electronic services.

Sometimes exchanges will be down for maintenance.

Sometimes there are delays in deposits due to processing issues.

Sometimes money gets stuck in bank transfers.

Sometimes exchanges make changes which don’t work with Lumina’s systems.

Sometimes exchanges and banks need more information and return funds.
When one of these happens, just remember that this whole venture is taking advantage of an opportunity which is still a relatively new process and is undergoing loads of change.
